A first trailer for the third season of the Sound! Euphonium anime adaption has been added to the official website. In her final competition of her third year of high school, Kumiko Oumae is competing! The anime is slated to premiere in April 2024.
Tatsuya Ishihara of Kyoto Animation is the director of The Sound! Euphonium anime. The films and television shows, which are all available for streaming on Crunchyroll, both have animation created at Kyoto Animation. The series is described as follows:
The first spring semester in high school. Kumiko, a junior high school brass band member, goes to the high school brass band club with her classmates Sapphire and Hazuki. There, she runs across Reina, a former junior high classmate. Kumiko is undecided about joining the club, while Hazuki and Sapphire decide to do so. She remembers meeting Reina during a junior high school competition.
