The 2024 premiere of Grendizer U, a reimagining of UFO Robo Grendizer, is scheduled. The opening theme, Kaishin no Ichigeki, sung by GLAY, and the closing theme, Protect You, performed by BAND-MAID, were showcased in the New Promotional Visual. GAINA is the studio responsible for the reboot.

Grendizer U Overview:
Duke Fleed and Grendizer fled to Earth when planet Fleed was severely attacked by Vega’s armies. Upon his arrival, he was given the name Daisuke and adopted by Dr. Amon, the director of the Space Research Center. While they were collaborating side by side in the center to discover what odd objects had appeared in the sky above the city! A sudden attack that startled Daisuke’s recollection caught them off guard.
